Q:Â How do I clean my Organic Cotton Pax4u bag?
A: Handwash in cold water separately using a mild detergent or product may fade. Add ¼ cup of vinegar to final rinse of first wash to set color.
Do Not Bleach.
Lay Flat to Dry.
Use warm iron if necessary.
Q:Â I have a question about sizing and/or wearing my Pax4u bag.
A: Please remember that correct placement of the bag is crucial for comfort and fit. If you are having difficulty with your bag, please review the sizing and wearing instructions. If you want to talk to one of us, please contact us as we are more than happy to help you.
Q:Â How do I redeem my Pax4u gift certificate?
A:Â Please use the promotional code printed on the back of the card when you check out from our shopping cart. If there is a payment due, a credit card can be used to pay the balance. Any credit on your gift certificate will remain available for future use. There will be no cash refunds for Gift Certificates purchased. Gift Certificates expire one year after purchase date (unless unlawful in the recipient’s home state).
Q:Â What credit cards do you accept?
A:Â Pax4u accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards through our secure server.
Q:Â Does Pax4u give my personal information to other businesses?
A: Information about our customers is very important to us. We are not in the business of selling it to others. All information you provide us will be kept private. It will not be shared with or sold to others.
Q:Â Can I exchange my Pax4u bag?
A:Â Do you need a different size, color or style? If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item following the instructions above (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item). Simply place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Q:Â Can I order a gift certificate for my friends?
A: You are welcome to purchase a Gift Certificate in any amount. The gift recipient will receive a paper gift certificate printed on recycled paper, (to be used online at Pax4u), and a handwritten note with your personal message. When checking out of our shopping cart, please include your message in the Order Notes section.
Q: I’d like to send special Pax4u bag to one of my friends for a gift. How will they know it’s from me?
A: If you are purchasing a Pax4u bag as a gift for someone other than yourself a gift receipt can be sent with the gift.*
- Gift Note ($3): If you select this option, you will be prompted to enter a personal message. The gift recipient will receive a handwritten note with your personal message, along with their gift.
- Gift Wrap and Gift Note ($6): Along with the Gift Note, the gift recipient will receive Pax4u special gift packaging.
*When checking out of our shopping cart, please indicate “Gift Receipt” in the Order Notes section.
Q:Â What is your return policy?
A: All Pax4u bags are guaranteed for workmanship. Therefore, we will work with you to make product repairs for the life of your bag. Just not something you wear? Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Items returned must be in new, unused, undamaged and unwashed condition. Only non-sale items sold and fulfilled by Pax4u will be accepted. Items on sale are subject to merchandise credit only. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Need to return a gift?
Refunds for gifted items returned within 90 days of the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit (sent via e-mail) redeemable with your next purchase. Please allow 5 business days from when we receive your gift return for processing.
Orders Returned After 30 Days
Refunds for items returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a merchandise credit (sent via e-mail) redeemable with your next purchase. Merchandise credit is non-refundable.
Returns That Will Not Be Accepted
Orders Returned After 90 Days: Any merchandise received after 90 days of ship date will not be accepted for credit or refund. The items will be returned to sender.
Items Purchased From Our Outlet: Credits or refunds are not allowed on items purchased from our Outlet including Prototypes and Factory Seconds. These items will be returned to sender.
Shipping and Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
How do I proceed with returning my item?

- Enclose the return form with the merchandise in well-sealed packaging. You choose the return shipping method - for your security, we recommend you insure your package. Pax4u is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
